Proper processing of your personal data and protection of your privacy are important to us and we therefore process and process your personal data in accordance with effective legal regulations and protect them with the utmost care.

For what purposes do we process personal data and what legal basis allows us to process personal data?

The operator processes personal information within the information system: CUSTOMERS for the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations of contracts concluded with customers. The legal basis for the processing of the personal data of the affected persons – customers is the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

The operator processes personal data to inform existing customers about the news, the offer of goods and services of the Operator, etc. (direct marketing to existing clients) and to defend the legal claims of the Operator. In this case, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Operator (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). At the same time, the operator informs that such processing of personal data does not require the consent of the person concerned whose personal data is being processed.

The operator processes the personal data of the persons who are interested in taking the Newsletters of the Operator via the registration form of the Operator www.yayabaseball.com via the registration form. The operator processes personal data (to the extent e-mail address) of the persons concerned for the purpose of informing the Operator’s goods and services. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the data subject, in accordance with Art. Article 6 (1) a) GDPR. The person concerned may withdraw his / her consent at any time by writing to YAYA bats sro, Mikovíniho 2 / A, 917 01 Trnava, Slovak Republic or by e-mail at info@yayabaseball.com or withdrawing consent by clicking on the newsletter on the Operator’s website at www.yayabaseball.com or by signing out using the sign-off link at the bottom of the email.

The operator processes the personal data of the persons who, by filling in the contact form at www.yayabaseball.com, have an interest in the Operator’s assortment. The operator processes personal data (to the extent of his name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address) in order to contact and furnish the demand for such persons and to inform the Operator’s goods and services. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the data subject, in accordance with Art. Article 6 (1) a) GDPR. The person concerned may withdraw his consent at any time by writing to YAYA bats s.r.o., Mikovíniho 2 / A, 917 01 Trnava, Slovak Republic or by e-mail at info@yayabaseball.com. or withdrawing consent by downloading news from the Website at www.yayabaseball.com or by signing out using the logout link at the bottom of the email.

What do we process personal information about?

The operator handles personal data about customers, people interested in goods and services who are interested in newsletters, to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.

What personal data do we process?

An operator only processes personal data that is necessary to enable the Operator to properly perform his rights and obligations under the customer’s contract (eg to supply the customer with the goods and provide recourse) in order to comply with its statutory obligations and also to protect their legitimate interests.

An operator shall process the following categories of personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of processing:

Identification data: name, surname, address of permanent or temporary residence, identification data of the natural person of the entrepreneur – business name, place of business, company registration number, trade license number

Contact details: phone number, mobile number, fax number, e-mail address

Additional information: bank account number and IBAN

The provision of personal data to the above extent is a contractual requirement that is required to conclude a contract with the customer and to fulfill the rights and obligations of the Operator under the contract. The provision of personal data in the scope of: the email address, by the persons who show interest in newsletters at the Operator’s web site, is entirely voluntary; but is necessary to meet the above-mentioned purposes of processing personal data. Without these data, the Operator could not send the person concerned information about the goods and services.

Who can access personal information?

Access to personal data is provided by the Operator, Employee’s employees, an external supplier of accounting, archiving, printing, postal and IT services to the Operator, tax advisors, legal counsel and public authority in the performance of the Operator’s legal obligations or in connection with the exercise of rights and obligations under the contract .

What time do we store personal data?

The operator is authorized to process the personal data of the persons concerned during the term and the fulfillment of the rights and obligations arising from the contracts concluded with the clients in order to settle all obligations arising from the contract and by law for the time necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligations including archiving obligations – for a period of 10 years, unless a separate law requires a longer period of time. An operator shall process the personal data of the persons concerned for marketing and information purposes only for the necessary time, but as long as possible, until the withdrawal of the information material of the Operator or withdrawal of consent, if the legislation does not require longer retention or there is no other legal basis for retention.

What rights do you have with the processing of personal data?

The persons concerned have the right to require from the Operator to the extent that this is not contrary to the generally binding legal regulation

  • access to your personal data,
  • the right to correct personal data,
  • the right to delete personal data,
  • the right to limit the processing of personal data,
  • the right to object to the processing of personal data,
  • the right to the portability of their personal data,
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Those rights of the persons concerned are specified in Articles 15 to 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

How do you assert your rights to personal data?

You can apply for your rights by sending a written request by post to YAYA bats s.r.o., Mikovíniho 2 / A, 917 01 Trnava, Slovak Republic or electronically to the following e-mail address: info@yayabaseball.com

Your Operator will respond to your request for personal data processing without undue delay, but in any case within one month of receiving it. In special cases, the Operator may extend this period for a further two months, but you will always be informed of the reasons for the extension within one month of receiving the request.

Your Operator will respond to your requests free of charge, but if your requests are inappropriate, manifestly unreasonable or often repeated, the Operator may request a reasonable administrative fee for their equipment.

Updating your personal information:

The Operator’s goal is to process only current and accurate personal information.
